Award-winning South African songstress Makhadzi is officially back in action. Following a terrifying accident scare earlier this year, her management team has confirmed she has been given a clean bill of health by medical professionals.
Makhadzi Entertainment released a statement confirming that doctors cleared the “Limpopo Queen” to resume her busy schedule on Friday, February 13, 2026, after a successful check-up in Polokwane.

Heartfelt Gratitude to Supporters
The singer, born Ndivhudzannyi Ralivhona, expressed deep appreciation for the overwhelming love and prayers she received during her recovery period.
“I am feeling good and would like to thank all the staff members, the nurses, and the doctors from Netcare Pholosho in Polokwane for taking care of me from day one,” Makhadzi shared.
She also extended her gratitude to high-profile supporters, including Minister of Sport Gayton Mackenzie, Limpopo Premier Dr. Phophi Ramathuba, Polokwane Mayor Cllr John Mpe, fellow artists, and her dedicated fans.
New Music and a Massive Comeback Show
While prioritizing her health, Makhadzi didn’t stay away from the studio for long. Her team revealed that she has been recording new music during her recovery, with fresh hits expected to drop very soon.
Fans can now mark their calendars for her highly anticipated comeback show, scheduled for May 1, 2026, at Fountains in Pretoria.
With medical clearance secured, Makhadzi is now officially available for bookings and ready to dominate the stage once again.
