South African rapper A-Reece and his longtime partner, model and content creator Rickelle Jones, have welcomed their second child, a baby boy.
The couple shared the family news with their followers on Instagram, posting a selection of personal photographs from the special moment. The announcement has since attracted congratulatory messages from fans celebrating the growing family.
The newborn joins the couple’s daughter, Brielle, who was born in November 2024. The couple have generally chosen to keep their relationship and family life private, only occasionally giving followers glimpses into important milestones.
A New Chapter for the Growing Family
Brielle’s arrival marked A-Reece and Rickelle’s first experience of parenthood. They later celebrated her first birthday in October 2025 with an intimate gathering featuring floral and butterfly-themed decorations alongside close family and friends.
Now, with the arrival of their second child, the family has entered another significant chapter.
For A-Reece, whose real name is Lehlogonolo Ronald Mataboge, fatherhood has become an important part of his life alongside his career as one of South Africa’s recognised hip-hop artists.
Known by fans as “Baby Boy” and “The Boy Doing Things,” the rapper has built a strong catalogue through projects including Paradise, Today’s Tragedy, Tomorrow’s Memory and P2: The Big Hearted Bad Guy. He has also continued to develop his independent career through Revenge Club Records.
