Introduction
We are looking for a Store Clerk to join our team! If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience managing stock, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and orders.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock.
• Issue parts and materials as needed.
• Conduct regular stock takes and audits.
• Ensure the storeroom is clean, organized, and secure.
• Liaise with suppliers and assist with orders to ensure stock availability.
• Process stock documentation and update inventory systems.
Requirements:
✔️ Matric (Grade 12)
✔️ Previous experience in stock control, warehousing, or a similar role in the in the auto body or automotive environment
✔️ Have a good knowledge of automotive parts (in particular parts used in panel beating)
✔️ Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory management systems).
✔️ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
✔️ Good communication and teamwork skills.
✔️ Physically fit and able to lift/move stock as required.
