The Organizers’ Claims:
- Full Payment: Organizers allege Cyan was paid a booking fee of R28,000 upfront.
- Travel Covered: In addition to the fee, the team reportedly provided flights and accommodation for the DJ and her management.
- The “Ghosting”: Despite previous confirmation, organizers claim that on the day of the event, all attempts to contact Cyan and her team were met with silence.

Following the no-show, the event management issued a public apology to ticket holders and expressed their intention to recover their funds through the courts.
