South African winger Shandre Campbell has taken a major step toward securing regular European first-team football by signing a permanent four-year contract with KV Kortrijk, keeping him at the Guldensporenstadion until 2030.
The 21-year-old former SuperSport United attacker completes a direct switch within Belgium after spending two seasons developing at Club Brugge.

After moving to Europe from SuperSport United in 2024, Campbell initially lit up the Challenger Pro League with Brugge’s developmental side, Club NXT:
- Club NXT Record: 11 goals and 3 assists in 25 appearances.
- Senior First Team: Earned 18 total senior appearances for Club Brugge across domestic and UEFA Champions League fixtures, scoring a memorable top-flight goal against Zulte Waregem.
Seeking guaranteed starting minutes to strengthen his case for Bafana Bafana selection, Campbell opted for a fresh start with De Kerels in the Belgian Pro League.
