The early Betway Premiership title race is already taking shape, with defending champions Orlando Pirates sitting at the summit after four rounds of the 2026/27 campaign.

All 16 teams have now played four matches, and the Buccaneers remain unbeaten with 10 points, edging ahead of Mamelodi Sundowns on goal difference.
