Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed their team for the Betway Premiership match against Stellenbosch FC, with head coach Fernando Da Cruz naming his side on the club’s official X account.
The starting XI
Da Cruz goes with Leaner, Frosler, Cross, Miguel, Moloisane, Monyane, Mako, Mthethwa, Shabalala, Vilakazi and Duba. Miguel wears the captain’s armband.
The bench
Chiefs have eight options on the bench: Bvuma, Kwinika, Nkgwesa, Mabaso, Da Silva, Chislett, Velebayi and Baartman. That gives Da Cruz room to change things if the game needs it.
What to watch
Supporters will be watching how this lineup performs and whether the substitutes make a difference later in the match. The club’s lineup post carried its usual rallying hashtags, including #TheKingdomIsRising, #Amakhosi4Life and #LoveAndPeace.
