South African global advocate and actress Nomzamo Mbatha will deliver the keynote address at the 9th annual JSE SheInvests summit at Kyalami on August 1st.

Global ambassador, actress, and executive producer Nomzamo Mbatha is returning to home soil to headline one of South Africa’s most prestigious women’s empowerment gatherings.

The Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) officially announced Mbatha as the keynote speaker for the 9th annual JSE SheInvests 2026 conference. The highly anticipated summit is locked in for Saturday, 1 August 2026, at the iconic Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit in Johannesburg.

Redefining Wealth, Power, and Purpose

The annual JSE SheInvests initiative is designed to drive financial literacy, commercial independence, and impact-driven leadership among women. In a statement introducing Mbatha, the JSE highlighted the unique global perspective she brings to the podium:

“Drawing on her work in global advocacy, storytelling and impact-driven leadership, Nomzamo will explore what it means to boldly redefine wealth, power and purpose, inviting you to think differently about the legacy you build and the influence you create. Join a bold conversation about shaping a future driven by purpose and possibility.”

High Energy for the 9th Annual Summit

This year’s theme focuses on pushing boundaries under the banners of Bold Voices, Bold Balance, Bold Solidarity, and Bold Wealth. According to the JSE, the goal is to build an online and offline movement where women actively take control of their economic and social futures.

Mbatha—who splits her time between Hollywood production sets and her tireless humanitarian work as a UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) Goodwill Ambassador—perfectly embodies this year’s ethos. Her address will bridge the gap between creative storytelling, international advocacy, and the tangible creation of generational wealth for African women.
