Popular DJ and businesswoman DJ Zinhle has publicly expressed her emotional pain after podcast co-host Seemah referred to her husband, musician Bongani “Mörda” Mohosana (Murdah Bongz), as a “dog” while discussing recent cheating allegations.
The controversy began when blogger Musa Khawula alleged that Mörda was having an affair with a 22-year-old woman identified as Kimberly, reportedly working at a Johannesburg club. The rumor sparked widespread debate on social media.

The Insult and Zinhle’s Response
During an episode of the Spreading Humours podcast, Seemah addressed the infidelity claims, saying she had once respected Mörda. She then added, “You look at him and you think Zinhle won, kanti yinja (he’s a dog).”
Zinhle, who had initially refrained from commenting on the trending drama, took to TikTok to reveal how deeply Seemah’s comment affected her.
“I’ve actually been trying to ignore all the stuff that’s been happening on social media, the disrespect that comes with it,” Zinhle said. “But let me tell you, nothing hit me harder than someone calling my husband inja.”

The Pain of Personal Betrayal
Zinhle emphasized that the insult cut deeper because it originated from someone she had a personal connection with.
“I think the thing that punished me the most about that statement was because I know the lady. I talk to her quite often on DM sometimes. I’ve bought from her business, so she could have reached out to me if she was concerned, but she went straight to TikTok to call my husband a dog,” the “Indlovu” hitmaker explained.
Clarifying Past Statements
Zinhle also took the opportunity to clarify that a previous video she posted about “choosing peace” was from October, predating the cheating allegations, and was not an initial response to the rumors.
Prior to her recent statement, Zinhle and Mörda had subtly responded to the rumors by sharing an AI-generated video of Musa Khawula singing along to her song “Sorry,” captioned “Apology accepted,” which was widely interpreted as a dismissive reaction to the accusations.
Concluding her message, Zinhle apologized to her supporters for letting negativity influence her initial reaction and thanked them for their loyalty: “You’re the only people that deserve my attention.”
