Pretoria is gearing up for a major night of South African music as 25K the Plug prepares to bring his Loyal To The Plug movement back home with a huge flagship event.
Dubbed “Loyal To The Plug: Investigation of 25K,” the highly anticipated show will take place at Propaganda in Pretoria on 26 September 2026, bringing together some of the country’s biggest hip-hop and Amapiano acts.
The full lineup has now been revealed, and it promises a packed night of performances spanning established stars, rising talent and some of the most exciting names in the local music scene.
25K leads an all-star lineup
The headline act is 25K himself, who will take centre stage as the central figure in the event’s fictional “investigation”.
Joining him will be a long list of artists and DJs, including Focalistic, Pabi Cooper, Maglera Doe Boy, Die Mondez, The North Mob, Loatinover Pounds, Zoocci Coke Dope, Flvme, Ch’cco, Nobantu Vilakazi, Amaroto, Venom, Snow Deep, LesediTheDJ, Tay Flavour, Sia The Bee, Rush Awa, DJ Tsheshu, Vikk The Groove, Berry Jive, Mochen, Makhanj, Bigballer CEO and DJmphowadiwave.
The diverse lineup is expected to create a crossover between Pretoria’s hip-hop culture and the country’s booming Amapiano movement.
The ‘Investigation of 25K’
The event’s unusual investigative theme has been central to its promotional campaign.
The artwork presents 25K as the subject of a fictional case file, complete with mugshots, fingerprints and “WANTED” stamps.
The creative concept adds an element of mystery and storytelling to what is essentially a celebration of the rapper’s musical journey and influence.
Rather than simply being another concert, Loyal To The Plug: Investigation of 25K is designed to immerse fans in the world that 25K has built around his music and brand.
Early demand signals big night
Interest in the event is already strong, with early-bird tickets selling out ahead of the show.
General admission tickets are currently priced at R150, while VIP tickets are available for R250 through Webtickets and TicketPlay.
With the event returning to Propaganda in Pretoria Central, the show also carries a strong homecoming feel for 25K and his supporters.
Continuing the Loyal To The Plug legacy
The flagship event builds on the momentum of 25K’s Loyal To The Plug movement, which expanded significantly following the release of his acclaimed 2024 album, Loyal to the Plug: The Life & Times of Don Kilograms.
The project earned 25K his first SAMA Award for Best Hip Hop Album, further cementing his position among Pretoria’s influential hip-hop voices.
Now, the rapper is bringing that world to life on stage with a lineup that represents different sides of South Africa’s contemporary music scene.
With hip-hop and Amapiano heavyweights set to descend on Pretoria, 26 September could be a major night for local music fans.
