South African influencer and podcast co-host Seemah has publicly apologized to DJ Zinhle after she insulted the DJ’s husband, Murdah Bongz, during a recent podcast episode.
The controversy began when cheating allegations against Murdah Bongz surfaced online, prompting a wave of social media commentary.

The Insult and Zinhle’s Disappointment
On the November 9 episode of the Spreading Humours Podcast, Seemah lashed out, calling Murdah a “dog” for allegedly embarrassing his wife publicly.
DJ Zinhle later responded on social media, admitting that Seemah’s words had “hit her hard.” Zinhle expressed particular disappointment because she claimed to know Seemah personally and had even supported her business.
“Nothing hit me harder than someone calling my husband inja (a dog) and justifying it by saying that I was hurt,” Zinhle said on her post. “The lady and I used to chat in the DMs, and I even bought from her business.”

Seemah Apologizes
Acknowledging the depth of Zinhle’s hurt, Seemah responded directly to the DJ’s TikTok post and promised both a private and public apology.
Seemah’s response: “Molo, sis wam. Please do check your DMs on IG. I will also make a public apology on the podcast. I was angry, yes, but I should’ve still been respectful about it. Xolo, sis wam.”
The influencer, who had previously faced scrutiny over the Russian Alabuga job scandal, admitted to overstepping boundaries this time, adding, “If she’s upset, it’s cool, I’ll apologise. I was on her side. I’ll just mind my own next time. I talk too much, ka phapha.”

This apology brings a close to the public drama spurred by the podcast comment, though the underlying cheating rumors remain a subject of online discussion.
