The South African rapper puts his inner circle front and centre in the visual for the sixth track on his nine-song album.
BABYLOWSK1 is building out the world of BLEEDN’ one visual at a time. On 30 September 2026, he released the official music video for “FAMILY N FRIENDS,” following the earlier visual for “MVP.”
A personal track, a personal video
“FAMILY N FRIENDS” is track six on BLEEDN’, which dropped on 11 September through BALVAGANII and Create Music Group. The nine-track project has no credited features, keeping BABYLOWSK1 at the centre throughout. This song takes a more personal turn, focusing on loyalty, connection and appreciation for the people who remain part of his journey.
The video carries that message through its visuals. Rather than presenting the track purely as a showcase of the rapper, it places him alongside members of his close circle and gives the spotlight to the relationships around him.
Behind the camera
The video was directed by Larnell Bakala, known professionally as Lordnelle, and produced by UNKWN STUDIOS.
An active year
BLEEDN’ follows BABYLOWSK1’s 17-track album BELEEDAT, which featured collaborations with Blxckie, K1llbrady and A-Reece. With a second visual now out, the BLEEDN’ campaign continues to move between confidence, reflection and more personal moments.
