MajorSteez celebrate another YouTube milestone as “The Wedding Song” featuring Clxrity surpasses one million views and showcases their musical versatility.

MajorSteez are celebrating another major career milestone after their romantic collaboration “The Wedding Song” featuring Clxrity surpassed one million views on YouTube.

The Johannesburg-based brother duo shared their excitement with fans on social media, admitting that they never expected their second million-view video to be a love song.

“Never thought our second MILLION views would be a love song,” the brothers wrote while thanking their supporters, Clxrity and director Ally Benaire.

MajorSteez show off their softer side

Known for their energetic hip-hop sound, MajorSteez have continued to demonstrate their versatility by moving between rap, R&B and Afro-pop.

“The Wedding Song”, originally released on Clxrity’s 2024 EP It’s Clear to See, allowed Sihle and Sandile Mabena to explore a more melodic and romantic sound.

The track focuses on themes of love, commitment and lasting relationships, giving fans a different perspective on the brothers’ musical range.

Its official visualiser, directed by Ally Benaire, followed in January 2025 and has now crossed the significant one-million-view mark.

Another million-view video for MajorSteez

“The Wedding Song” becomes MajorSteez’s second video to reach one million views on YouTube.

The duo previously achieved the milestone with “Asbonge”, their collaboration with Cassper Nyovest.

While “Asbonge” leaned heavily into the brothers’ hip-hop identity and benefited from strong social media traction, “The Wedding Song” has connected with listeners through its softer and more intimate approach.

The contrasting successes underline MajorSteez’s ability to reach different audiences without losing their distinct South African identity.

More MajorSteez and Clxrity music coming?

The celebration also appears to have teased another collaboration between MajorSteez and Clxrity.

The brothers hinted at more music by writing “Siyeza!” while pointing fans towards their ongoing work together.

With “The Wedding Song” now officially joining their million-view club, MajorSteez have another reason to celebrate — and their latest achievement suggests their audience is ready to embrace more sides of their sound.
