Mamelodi Sundowns have once again proved why their youth academy is considered the best in the country. This evening, 19-year-old Thato Sibiya officially stepped into the spotlight, making his professional first-team debut for the “Brazilians” in their clash against Orbit College.
The inclusion of the teenage sensation in the matchday squad was the talk of Chloorkop, and his performance on the pitch proved exactly why coach Manqoba Mngqithi has fast-tracked him into the senior setup.
