The streets of KwaMashu are about to get a lot more dangerous. Award-winning South African actor Abdul Khoza is making his explosive return to television, officially joining the cast of SABC 1’s flagship telenovela, Uzalo.
Khoza is set to step into the boots of Ma-Ten-Ten, the calculated, highly unpredictable kingpin running a fierce criminal outfit known as the Amantaliyane. He won’t be tearing up the town alone, either; he arrives alongside rising star Londeka Sishi, who plays his Equally formidable sister, Lungsta. The deadly sibling duo makes their highly anticipated on-screen debut tonight, Thursday, 10 July 2026.

Uzalo production officially broke the internet with a dramatic social media teaser introducing the new power players:
- Ma-Ten-Ten (Played by Abdul Khoza): The ringleader and mastermind behind the Amantaliyane syndicate. The production team warned fans to brace themselves: “The mask is off… KwaMashu… nizoyithola ivuthiwe (You are about to get it hot).”
- Lungsta (Played by Londeka Sishi): Ma-Ten-Ten’s bold, beautiful, and ruthless sister, crowned the “Queen of Amantaliyane.” She is an absolute wildcard who is not to be toyed with.

Khoza, widely celebrated for his iconic, high-octane portrayal of Nqoba Hajbe in The Wife, brings a masterclass in gritty, commanding performances back to prime-time television.
