Kolisi’s first Stormers appearance in over five years headlines the Cape side’s second URC game of the season at the Hive Stadium.
The Stormers are in Scotland for the second leg of their opening overseas tour, and they have a big boost: Springbok captain Siya Kolisi is available. He will earn his 119th cap for the franchise when he runs out in Edinburgh, with kick-off at 20:45 SA time.
Team news
Kolisi is in the back row, with Louw Nel and Riley Norton also shifting in the pack. Ntuthuko Mchunu is the only other change up front, while Stefan Ungerer and Yaqeen Ahmed take over at halfback.

Dobson’s message
Director of Rugby John Dobson wants the tour to end with a win before four straight home games in Cape Town. He said last week’s Connacht performance was encouraging but lacked a ruthless edge, which the team has worked on in training. He called Edinburgh a tough place to play and highlighted the experience of Kolisi, Mchunu and Ungerer, along with young talents Ahmed and Mlaba, adding that it will take a big effort from all 23 players.
