Running for approximately 22 minutes, the project blends trap production, street-inspired storytelling and influences drawn from his Southern African background.

It also features a notable selection of South African hip-hop collaborators, bringing together established names and emerging talent across different records.

Artists featured on the EP

The project includes collaborations with:

  • Tony Dayimane – “Drip On Me”
  • Sastii – “Aura (oGcabashe)”

Lord Script’s independent hip-hop journey

Born Lethukuthula Mntungwana, Lord Script has spent more than 15 years developing his position in South African hip-hop.

Known by titles including the “King of the South”, “Lord of the Trap” and “Our Father”, the Durban-born rapper has built his career around independence, consistency and creative ownership.

The Undeniable EP forms part of a catalogue that includes Monotheism (2020), King of the South 2 (2023) and Our Father (2024).

Together, these releases reflect his continued commitment to developing his sound while maintaining a strong connection to his roots.

Music videos give the project an extended lifespan

Beyond the original release, Lord Script continued promoting the EP through visuals for some of its standout collaborations.

Music videos were released for “Isaladi”, “Drip On Me”, “Aura (oGcabashe)” and “Ngeke Ningmele II”.

The visual releases helped introduce the songs to wider audiences and gave the project additional momentum beyond its initial launch.

Lord Script keeps moving with new music

While celebrating the anniversary, the Durban rapper has continued working on new material.

One of his more recent releases is “Umoya”, featuring WTF Efelow and Issi. The Durban-inspired track adds another chapter to his growing independent catalogue.

For Lord Script, the anniversary of The Undeniable EP is about more than marking a release date. It is also an opportunity to recognise the listeners who have supported his journey and helped keep the music relevant.

A year after its release, the rapper’s appreciation message highlights the lasting connection between an independent artist and the community behind his music.

Fans can revisit The Undeniable EP on major streaming platforms as Lord Script continues building his legacy in South African hip-hop.
