PSL issues five ticket rules for the MTN8 final at Moses Mabhida: no screenshots, no printouts, no gate sales. Gates open 14:00, kick-off 18:00.

The MTN8 final between Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns kicks off at Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban at 18:00 on Saturday. The Premier Soccer League (PSL) has issued entry rules for supporters, and fans who ignore them risk being turned away at the gate.

Five Rules for Entry

The PSL released its guidance on the eve of the biggest fixture of the 2026/27 season so far:

  1. Download your ticket to your phone before you arrive at the stadium.
  2. Screenshots will not be accepted at the entrance.
  3. Printed tickets will not be accepted. Tickets must be shown digitally.
  4. Everyone needs a valid ticket, children included.
  5. No tickets will be sold at the stadium. The final is sold out, so there is no buying at the gate.

Arrive Early

With two of South Africa’s biggest clubs on show and a sell-out crowd expected, the PSL has urged fans to take the rules seriously and plan their journeys so they avoid unnecessary delays. Gates open at 14:00, four hours before kick-off.
