Fitness entrepreneur and philanthropist Rachel Kolisi demonstrated a strong commitment to health awareness by heading directly to the hospital for a crucial check-up immediately upon landing in South Africa.
Kolisi and her two children returned home on Monday, November 10, 2025, after a significant trip to France where they supported her ex-husband, Siya Kolisi, as he achieved a major milestone: earning his 100th Test cap for the Springboks. The family celebrated the momentous occasion at the South African rugby team’s successful 32–17 match against France on Saturday, November 8, at the Stade de France.

Straight from Airport to Mammogram
Wasting no time after the long-haul trip, Rachel Kolisi shared a mirror selfie on her Instagram stories to reveal the first stop on her itinerary: a medical facility.
She captioned the image, stating, “Landed and straight to hospital for a breast exam.”
Kolisi quickly reassured her followers that the visit was simply a routine check-up and that there was no immediate cause for concern.
Promoting Women’s Health Awareness
The mother-of-two used her experience to encourage her extensive audience to prioritize their own well-being and not neglect regular medical screenings.
“Reminder to the girls to go get yourselves checked,” she wrote, adding a serious note of urgency: “The amount of cancer stories I have heard about this year, from women under 30, is wild.”
Kolisi’s transparency serves as a powerful reminder about the importance of proactive health management, particularly regular breast exams, for women of all ages.
