Fresh off his eviction from the Big Brother Mzansi house, Dube Mpendulo is wasting no time planning his next chapter—and it involves a very specific date with fellow former housemate, Kokii Beuzana.

Following his exit during Sunday night’s elimination—which also saw Neliswa Ngada disqualified for a physical altercation—Dube opened up about his journey, his bond with Kokii, and his plans for life after the cameras stopped rolling.

Securing the “Kota” Date

Dube, 22, admitted that the connection with Kokii grew naturally, bolstered by their beds being side-by-side in the house. Since her departure last week, he has been eagerly anticipating their reunion.

“Our beds were next to each other, and the closeness grew naturally,” Dube shared. “What started as a chill friendship slowly became more. Now that I’m outside, I’m looking forward to securing our first kota date and seeing where it goes. Honestly, I can’t wait.”

Lessons from the House

Reflecting on his 35 days in the spotlight, Dube noted that this season felt particularly intense compared to previous ones. Despite the drama, he remains proud of staying true to himself.

“I walked in as Dube, I walked out as Dube,” he said, citing the bromance with Bravo B, Mmeli, The Don, and Ashay as highlights. “Every day in the house felt like a week in itself… From the bad, you learn lessons; from the good, you celebrate.”

Back to Reality: School and Digital Arts

While many housemates chase instant stardom, Dube is focused on returning to his roots. His immediate priority is finishing his third year of studies in digital arts.

“I’m going back to school on Monday to finish my third year… I’ll also dip my feet into content creation and continue building my personal brand, but being a celebrity isn’t my end goal,” he explained.

Ultimately, Dube views his Big Brother Mzansi experience as a foundation for his future rather than the climax of his career.
