When do the Springboks play next?
The Springboks’ next fixture is a one-off Test against Australia at Optus Stadium in Perth.
The match takes place on Sunday, 27 September, with kick-off scheduled for 11:30 SA time.
Following their intense series against New Zealand, it is expected that South Africa could select a largely second-string squad for the Perth Test, giving other players an opportunity to make their mark.
The fixture will also provide valuable preparation ahead of the Springboks’ end-of-year commitments.
Springboks savour All Blacks series triumph
Before turning their attention to Australia, the Springboks can take some time to celebrate their impressive series victory over the All Blacks.
Captain Siya Kolisi highlighted the special support the team received from South African fans and reflected on the respect between the two sides.
The series ended with another memorable moment as players from both teams came together in prayer after the final whistle.
Kolisi also praised the way the New Zealand team embraced South Africa during the tour, stressing the strong relationship between the two rugby nations despite the fierce rivalry on the field.

The Perth Test is only the beginning of another demanding period for the Springboks.
South Africa will then embark on their end-of-year tour, which includes challenging Tests against Italy, France and Ireland before Finals Weekend in London.
