The bitter, long-running feud between DJ Euphonik (Themba Nkosi) and poet Ntsiki Mazwai has reached a new boiling point, with the popular DJ publicly stating that he will never forgive Mazwai for her past actions.
Euphonik opened up about the personal and legal battle during a recent interview on Gagasi FM with hosts Selbeyonce, Sphectacula, and DJ Naves, making it clear that the matter remains deeply personal despite recent court victories.

The Defamation Case and Refused Apology
The core of the feud stems from a defamation case filed by Euphonik and DJ Fresh against Mazwai following comments she made on social media. Although the courts ruled in favour of the DJs in August—prompting Mazwai to appeal publicly for legal donation funds—Euphonik revealed that the ongoing conflict is fuelled by her alleged refusal to apologize.
When host Selbeyonce asked Euphonik if he could ever forgive Sphectacula for introducing him to Mazwai, Euphonik gave a stark, unapologetic response: “The honest truth is I would not.”
He elaborated, stating that the feud transcends the legal outcomes:
“We’ve asked her many times to apologise. She has lost three or four cases with us. But she just does not want to,” he explained. “All I asked was for her to apologise on the same platforms where she made those false statements and leave it on for 30 days. Then we can forget about everything.”

Vow to Cripple Her Finances
In a surprising and aggressive turn, Euphonik made a bold claim regarding Mazwai’s financial stability, suggesting his actions are severely limiting her ability to operate within South Africa’s financial system.
When Selbeyonce reacted with disbelief at the suggestion that Mazwai might not have an active bank account, Euphonik doubled down on his commitment to the feud, stating confidently: “By the time I am done with her, she won’t have one.”
The interview confirms that despite the court victories, the intense, personal rivalry between the two entertainment figures is far from resolved.
